Mojungle – three days till end of ebay auction…

Quite sad to see, but hopefully Mojungle having received no bids on the company at all so far will mean that they’ll try something else; perhaps even finding time to keep at it in their spare time, as it’s a product that many people are finding useful. Who knows, maybe we’ll see activity in the last 3 days.

Unofficial Vista Blog Tour, Day 3: Windows Vista meets Xbox 360

Geschrieben am 06.12.2006 in mobile | Kommentar schreiben

Derek Torres and Stuart Mudie are set to release The Unofficial Guide to Windows Vista from Wiley publishers. Their book is a warts-and-all look at the upcoming release. They’ve asked if they could blog here for a post about one particular feature that might interest readers of al4ie.com

So, take it away!

First and foremost, I’d like to thank Alfie for graciously letting us squat some space on his blog. Rather than bore readers by discussing the new Windows Vista operating system, I’d like to spend some time chatting about some of the pretty cool stuff that Windows Vista can do with Xbox 360.

Girls Aloud Moblog launches

Geschrieben am 05.12.2006 in mobile | Kommentar schreiben

First off, MASSIVE thanks to Joe from Collective Leeds in helping me get my database sorted, this is why I have been absent from blogging for this last week. Top man Joe, thanks dude.

Girls Aloud have started their own moblog with us at moblogUK, as with many other bands using the site, they are snapping their own pics using phones from Sony Ericsson, as well as asking fans to send in pics they’ve snapped throughout the last 4 years of their life as a band.

We are really pleased to welcome Girls Aloud to the moblogUK community, it demonstrates that moblogging is something which has a real practical value to everyone, and is incredibly simple to start doing.

The inimitably odd stylings of the brothers McLeod offer us Spamland episode 2. If you havn’t heard of this animation yet, imagine the weirdest most lyrical spam you’ve ever read in distracted fascination crossed with somehow quite *disturbing* animation and you’re somewhere approaching. Go. Watch.

Already, because of the massive senate and house win for the democrats, we are seeing a high profile casualty, the petrifying ‘Jesus Camp’. Read below for more details:

“The summer camp featured in the documentary “Jesus Camp,” which includes scenes with disgraced preacher Ted Haggard, will shut down for at least several years because of negative reaction sparked by the film, according to the camp’s director.

“Right now we’re just not a safe ministry,” Becky Fischer, the fiery Pentecostal pastor featured in “Jesus Camp,” said Tuesday.”.
